Summarize your bug The free Heisman Hopeful Welcome Pack when opened was empty. It should have included the "UT Tip" and the free Xavier Restrepo cards. This is the free card that you are able to upgrade by completing the new Solo Seasons Heisman challenge.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happened when opening the Heisman Hopeful Welcome Pack
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack opened and the screen was just blank instead of revealing the 2 cards that should have been in the pack. It should have included the "UT Tip" and the free Xavier Restrepo cards. This is the free card that you are able to upgrade by completing the new Solo Seasons Heisman challenge.

Just chatted with the EA Team: "..... happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however, the good news here is that the studio is already aware of it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one."

Hopefully it will be fixed soon

I also didn’t get the restrepo card Just the UT tip.
