Heisman hopeful missing player
I did not recieve my upgradable player when opening the Heisman hopeful pack. Sounds like I am not the only one.

Tried they said there is nothing they can do. I spend money on the game and cant get the one free character is crazy to me.
Trying to keep this pushed to the top. Still have not received Restrepo.
Good morning and Happy Saturday! Weekly update on the missing Xavier Restrepo card - Still not resolved. EA Help continues to be as helpful as they can. They do not have the ability to simply grant the card that I and any other paying EA CFB 25 players should have received. They say that EA Devs are aware that many users have still not received Xavier Restrepo and they are working on a fix. I hope so.
At this point it's the principal of the thing and I will continue to post here, which is what EA Help says we are to do.
Again, I ask any fellow CFB 25 gamers who have not received Xavier Restrepo to continue to post here and open and re-open your case with EA Help.
Happy gaming - maybe we will meet in a head to head CHAMPS match.
