Helmets turn white with no logos
In RTG and now in Dynasty mode playing with the Arkansas Razorbacks some of my players have white helmets instead of red with hog logo. Xbox series x.

RTG Bug: White Helmets
me and my QB helmets have turned white and are not showing the selected helmet option. I’ve tried quitting the game, closing app, deleting and redownloading the app, even switching my helmet model from speed flex to F7 and this bug still persists. This also happens whenever I practice.
This bug has broken the immersion and made me not want to play until it can be fixed.I’m having this problem as well. I’m on a PS5

Summarize your bug Started Road to Glory everything thing was fine until halfway through the season when my helmet just defaulted to white and not my teams helmet

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? fix it to make me have my teams helmet with logo

Summarize your bug Arkansas Razorbacks showing players half white helmets without logos.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Arkansas, switch the helmet color, and see.
What happens when the bug occurs? half of the team is wearing white non logo helmets, and half is wearing regular.
What do you expect to see? It doesn't really affect gameplay, just really annoying and takes the feel of the game away.
Ark Razorbacks helmet issues, half the team has white non logo helmets, and the rest have normal helmets. Super annoying to look at!

Summarize your bug Second season playing dynasty and both years around week 8-9 my QBs helmet and sometimes Guards turns white with no decals
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a dynasty with UTEP until week 8-9
What happens when the bug occurs? QBs and Guard helmet turns white with no decals
What do you expect to see? Orange or white helmet WITH decals
From Year one of my dynasty and just encountered same problem
- @NicTheStick11 using Arkansas as well, mines only key players turning white. Each game seems like one more person gets a white helmet lol also didn’t occur until about 8 games into the season.
Also having the exact same issue. Hopefully it's patched soon.
