Summarize your bug I am having a big that isn’t giving me all 5 of my stars on Legends: Heisman Moments under the Braylon Edward’s section. I completed the challenge and it said that I had all 5 stars but when I went back to the challenge selection screen it showed that I only got 3 stars. It is doing it for all 3 of his challenges. I have recorded the bug to show you.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have recorded the bug and can send you the video as proof. It’s not letting me attach the video proof so I will need you to give me someone to send it to via email.
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s not giving me my challenge stars this not giving me all my coins.
What do you expect to see? I would love to see it resolved immediately and potentially even some in game compensation such as a legends/heisman hopefuls volume bundle, 12000 points, or 100000 currency.

At the moment we don't have a time frame on when this might be fixed, but we will keep you posted here when we have any updates to share.

Awards and Heisman winners are busted. I am 3-4 years into a dynasty and I just finished the season. I am using a teambuilder team. Here are the issues.
I had multiple DB's that lead the nation in Interceptions or were toward the top, but none of them even got on an all american team...
The Heisman winner is an 81 Overall WR with 800-900 yds receiving...I had 3 WR's with more yards AND touchdowns than the WR that won the Heisman...
My OLB won the defensive player of the year, and also Linebacker of the year...He again didn't even make the all american team as a Junior(1st or 2nd team)...
This is worse than the old game when the heisman always favored a RB or rushing TD's over anyone else. I am very confused what the CPU takes into account when making the award decisions in this game. This really needs to get fixed...It is getting VERY old.

I am also having the same issue. Completed every goal as assigned, including the bonus goals. When you return to challenges, I was not rewarded the 5 stars. At first i thought it was because i was not using the player highlighted in the heisman moment but i also completed the challenge with the assigned player and still no progress. This is the first time it happens to me. I would also like some compensation.

I am also having the same problem.I have done the Braylon Edwards and Terrell Suggs challenges over and over in different ways, every time it says “max stars earned” and then I go back and it says three stars you got any answer or fix to this yet?.

It’s happened to me as well. I’ve tried to turn off game turn it back on, to reset it and nothing works. I literally just thought I was the only one hopefully this can get resolved soon.

@VEKT0R-III in ours, one week, the Best DB semi finalists had 5 Penn State DBs in the top 6. The next week, they were gone, Clemson had them. Busted doesn't begin to explain it.

Also having this issue with Terell Suggs. I assume the other heosman challenges that just dropped will have the same issue

I have been doing the new heisman hopeful solo events but even when I earn five stars on the solo, it only gives me three. It is quite frustrating, does anyone have a solution to this bug in College Football 25 Utlimate Team

I am unable to play the Terrell Suggs Legends: Heisman challenges. Every time I try to select the “Strong Start “ challenge, it says “Error our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later” and classes UT.
