Lost Road to Glory Save

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Road to Glory
Summarize your bug My Road to Glory toon just disappeared this morning. The save doesn't exist anymore. I logged in out out several times yesterday and it was there for me to continue. Today, I only have the option of starting a new one.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Road to Glory and choose continue or load and it jumps right to Start new.
What happens when the bug occurs? I log in, and go to Road to Glory, and choose continue. Only get the option to start a new one
What do you expect to see? The toon I worked on for 12-13 hours. Went from freshman to junior year.

    Same issue - lost full season and started new one.  Saves the auto saves only.  On one occasion - I saved and the previous file showed up - but haven’t been able to access it from “load”

    My RTG FILE DISAPPEARED also, like it’s just not there and I spent time on that character!!!

    I have also had the same type of issue. I played CFB25 for a lot of time, I bought madden to transfer my player from college to the NFL, I turned on my CFB25 and my save data was just gone. All I had was a backup from 2 seasons of football ago where I have no stats, a low overall, and no skills or abilities. I bought Madden 25 SPECIFICALLY to do this, and can’t, because my college football dats just mysteriously disappeared. I NEED THIS FIXED
