Menu narration reading only one column of the playbooks

I am a blind player and With menu narration on when I'm trying to select a play on both offense and defense when I scroll to square triangle or X play it says option it doesn't tell me what the play is, let's say I'm on letters Square I have to go down to the next row by hitting down on the thumb stick or d-pad for it to read that play but if I go right after that it keeps saying option for triangle and X plays, this is very frustrating and it's time-consuming because I can't get through the place quick enough to see all of the selections before the play clock runs out, also sometimes when trying to choose a play for example let's say I'm in any formation on offense when I'm scrolling through the plays all of the plays will say The same exact play for example inside zone but they're not all the same play this is also happening on defense as well this makes this game extremely hard to play not knowing what I'm really choosing
