Missing reward in Challenges / Legends

I am having an issue with the Aquib Talib challenge for Legends: Once Upon A Time, specifically, that I have not been rewarded the fifth star in the challenge "A Jayhawk Great" for forcing an incomplete pass. I have played the challenge over a dozen times and have met the criteria to earn all 5 stars at least five times, most recently on 9/15/2024 at approximately 4:45 pm ET. Even after forcing the incompletion, the progress bar will pop on the screen and say that I have forced the incomplete pass required to earn the last star. Yet once the challenge ends, after giving up less than 15 passing yards on the drive, I am still not rewarded with the fifth star, which keeps me from earning Milestone rewards.
