NCAA 25 CUT champs rewards not received
Did not receive my NCAA 25 CUT champs rewards. I finished 10-10 in champs and never received my 50k coins or my pack reward. This game is so bugged !!

This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. I don't have any any other details at this time. We'll just have to wait for that investigation to complete.
Been a month happened to me where’s the fix and our rewards? This is the typa stuff that makes players stop playing and spending money on the game and we all know that’s all ea wants is money but can’t hire a decent support team to back up how much they get from our pockets to screw us on our enjoyment. Makes it not enjoyable and if it’s like this I doubt people gonna keep playing ea games
