NCAA Football 25 frozen

Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
Summarize your bug Working through challenges 201 the game froze and just says college football 25 on the screen. I have shut down, restarted, played other games and gone back and it loads straight to this frozen screen.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ultimate team
What happens when the bug occurs? Frozen. Can’t do anything.
What do you expect to see? Challenges to play

    Same here but on Series S..... everytime I load in, I load right back to this frozen state.

    I fixed it. You have to remove the game from "quick resume" Hit the guide button and then scroll to all games and then manage groups. Remove the game from the "quick resume" group.

    I have a similar problem in dynasty mode. Keep getting frozen in position change portion in the offseason. Have uninstalled the game and re downloaded game. Seems to work for a little and then freezes at some point. Super frustrating!!
