My Field Pass XP isn't progressing when completing challenges/ solo season. How can i fix this issue?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I would assume check into the game mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t advance rank with wins or losses on solo battles
What do you expect to see? Rank changing and accumulating points
