NCAA25 Squads game not loading with cross platform user

@EA_Illium Yes if the game loads up after waiting in a loading screen for a while, I suspect it’s because everyone in the lobby leaves (this usually either gives me a win or no loss, but majority of the time I back out and get a loss), it gives me the following error message: “ DESYNC - A Desync has occurred. The scores, stats, and quit from this game will not be recorded”.

Please fix the issue I’m trying to play with friends and use the new legends I have on 3v3s. They all use Xbox or PCs and I have a PlayStation 5. Is crossplay broken?

@EA_Illium This issue is still persisting. I am on Xbox Series S and I am attempting to play with friends on PS5. We've had minimal issues since launch until roughly a week ago. Anytime we load into a game together it freezes on the loading screen and never makes it to the game. This often results in a loss.

If I queue into CUT Squads solo, I am able to successfully load into a game. We have tried having each member of our party host the lobby without any luck. We have also attempted to each reinstall the game for good measure. So far all of our troubleshooting steps have been unsuccessful.

Please advise on next steps.
