No Stadium Pulse Vibration During Away Games

Summarize your bug Stadium Pulse is not causing my controller to vibrate at all, I have tried changing controllers and have uninstalled / reinstalled the game itself. I have tested my controller for vibration functionality and it works with every other game except for this feature. The game does have vibration during hits and clock countdown and menu navigation. I have even tried taking a failing program and playing against LSU at Death Valley with a true freshmen.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how to make this bug appear as it has always affected my gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no Stadium Pulse vibration however the play art is scrambled, screen does shake appropriately.
What do you expect to see? Controller should vibrate during away games where the Stadium Pulse should affect my gameplay.
