Normal Sim Engline is Broken

The normal sim is broken.  Especially on interceptions and penalties and some plays dont even happen!

I am simming play by play 0n NORMAL and my defense intercepts the ball and returns it 98 yards to the 1 yard line of the opposing team.

When I go to play offense i am on MY OWN 1 yard line!!!   What the heck is that?

I should be on the other teams 1 yard line.

How is it possible that they get a field goal here??

I kick off to Air Force... I am tulane.

They start their drive.

They get to my 32 yard line and then is sacked for and is then on my 42 yard line

But look a 10 yard penalty is given on 3rd down on Airforce.   They should be back on their own 48.  Instead they are on my 30???

They kick a field goal.  By the way there was no play between the penalty and the field goal.   They should have had it 3rd down on their own 48 with 9 seconds left.  Instead, somehow they end up 4 and 8 on my 30 which makes absolutely no sense at all.
