OLB's ratings tab bugged with position change - will not progress in ability

Summarize your bug Athletes that have been position changed to OLB (Both right and left) are not able to use their upgrade tokens to increase their attributes/abilities. Does not happen to other positions. Dev Trait does not matter. Redshirting - doing it or not - does not matter.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Sign athletes during the season 2. On National signing day, go into position changes screen 3. Change players to OLB (left or right, does not matter) 4. Sim forward to new season 5. Check the new players player card and go to Ratings tab - attributes will say undefined 6. Sim multiple seasons and check bugged players for growth and accumulation of upgrade tokens.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can not see how much a player can progress in their groups of attributes. Players are unable to progress in the attributes and subsequentely their rating does not go up.
What do you expect to see? Seeing the potential growth of players grouped attributes. Players attributes growing over time along with their rating
Images attached are 3 players. 2 with the bug and 1 without. They are all OLB. MacGinnis and Crook are newly arrived Freshman while Gooch is a Junior that was redshirted in his Freshman year. As you can see Gooch has FORTY EIGHT upgrade tokens to use but can not as he is bugged. This will eventually happen to MacGinnis after a couple seasons.
