Overtime Glitch

Ran into this last night.  The game went into overtime. For the coin toss it shows this view, and after the coin toss the game never resumed.  30 minutes of just watching each team stand there and hyping up the crowd from this exact camera angle.

Pressed every button, restarted my console and it would quick resume to the pause screen, but still not resume play.

I experienced a similar issue last night, but under slightly different circumstances, also without the option to resume the game in progress.

Summarize your bug I played Ohio State in my dynasty. Good back and forth game. They're up 35-28 and I get the ball back with 1:45 left. I drive down and score with 30 seconds left, they don't get much so the game goes to OT. Herbstreit explains the rules, I'm away so I pick heads and win the toss and pick defend, OSU picks the wind direction. Game then freezes showing just the field with only crowd noise playing.

Holding A does nothing, hitting start does nothing. Game just wouldn't respond. I know Madden saves after every play so if you force close application on Xbox, you load the game back up and continue the autosave of your franchise, and it puts you in the middle of the game, sometimes a play behind. I tried that but evidently CFB 25 doesn't have that feature or the glitch screws with the autosave, because it just loads to the dynasty screen with the game unplayed.
How often does the bug occur? Not sure. This is the first OT game I've played in a while, but this is the first time I've experienced the glitch. I think I played an OT game a few weeks ago but I don't remember for certain. Based on other people I've talked to it happens sometimes but not every time and has existed since launch.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a dynasty game go into OT. Do it enough times and you'll eventually see the glitch
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes with a view of the field and requires force closing the game.

What do you expect to see? I expect the game to continue into the overtime period. Or in the very least I expect to be able to resume the game where I left off by resuming the dynasty autosave file like in Madden.
