Playbooks not saving to files from Download Center

I’m able to download custom playbooks, but not able to actually access the file. Anyone else having this issue? If so, found any way to make them work?

    It’s not working for me either. I see it in my download history, but I can’t use them.

    I'm also having this problem, and can find several other places online where other users are having the same problem as well. EA needs to fix this immediately.
