I am having this issue on XBOX as well. Most of my starters in my dynasty mode with Appalachian State won player of the year awards for their position, and at the end of the year I had nobody drafted and my pro potential rating went down. It was disappointing to have a heisman winning wide receiver go undrafted. Definitely kills the immersion of the game mode.
I had about 10 seniors all 90 ovr + all win national awards and only 2 were drafted in later rounds. Most of them broke records. It's completely broken. I should've had 5+ first rounders with a few in the second.
