Yes, this seems to work when editing positions in the player card as well. Very tedious to fix the entire roster, but this does seem to be a workaround. Good catch!
EDIT: The player card fix only works on recruited players. Any real ones have to wait until the off-season because real players can’t be edited in the player cards. So if you have any real seniors, you’re SOL.
EDIT 2: The position change fix doesn’t seem to work 100% of the time. I had a newly recruited Physical WR that got switched to a Route Runner with the glitch. Trying the edit position trick then changed him to a Deep Threat. He seems stuck there for now, 5 OVR points lower than where he started.

It looks like every aspect of this game has a bug somewhere in it. I’m glad to have a college game again but with every aspect broken it really makes it hard to play.
So I had a a CB at 89 overall and a freshman 5 star at 78 overall. I played the first two games and we won I then sim to week three mid game of it I noticed my 89 overall player dropped from 89 to 79 and my 5 star freshman to a 72. They both don’t have wear and tear so I don’t understand why this happened. No one else on my team got affected by this but I don’t understand what happened.
