Hi @colton81505 

When you have a moment, can we try the following?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Perform a power cycle.
    • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
    • Turn it back on after one minute.
    • Launch your game.
  3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  4. Enterx Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

        I’m having this same issue. My player should have no sleeves. In every game he has Long sleeves. This is a bug in game. Not software.
