@shawnsaulsbury Level 50 is the max level for coaches in the game. If Xp is still accumulating in a bar or something that's probably an unintended visual glitch. But I do know that 50 being the cap is the intention in the game. Some have suggested that they will eventually raise the cap but I've never seen anyone from EA officially comment on it. For the record I think it would be nice to have a higher cap as well.
