Signed a 5 star gem ATH who ended up being a QB. Was like 83 or 84 overall. 93 speed. Set him as my starter in preseason, got to week 1 and noticed he wasn’t starting. Look at depth chart and he’s now a no name, no face 12 overall with almost no stats. Super frustrating.
Happened to me too with a top transfer quarterback out the portal. 1st game of the season, no face, no ratings. Super frustrating! When I select the see his player card, the game crashes every time. SMH.
Super *. I hate it. I don’t crash when I select the player or edit but that’s def the guy. Still says 5 star freshman in his bio. Hoping there is a fix that pops up or something. I was banking on this guy to bring me back to the promised land.
It really sucks. Hopefully there is a fix in the near future. It’s starting to seem not worth the $100 I paid. I really would like to actually play my fourth season in dynasty. C’mon EA! Can we fix this please.
Same thing happened to me. The error message I got was "Failed to fetch on-screen player info for playerId 0".
Also happened to me during the "Change Player Positions" week.
The guy that got "deleted" was the #1 recruit in the nation, 94 THP, 95 SPD QB. Absolute devastation. I was going to start him as a true freshman, but just because I wanted to change his helmet he's deleted from my save now?? tf?
He also shows in my depth chart/roster with no name, no image, and 12 OVR.
