this bug happens on defense too ridiculous that the rules are wrong
I don't see what's wrong in this video, specifically. I believe the rules say that only the fumbling player can advance the ball on recovery within 2 minutes of the end of the half or on 4th down. Maybe during a 2 pt conversion, as well.
