Summarize your bug Recruiting hours do not match up between the lower-right recruiting pane and the left-hand pane. Adding and subtracting recruiting events update the hours on the left-hand pane but not the lower-right pane. Similarly, some actions specific to the lower-right pane (e.g., pop-ups that you are out of hours) do not occur.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Appears to occur regularly in Dynasty mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Recruiting hours do not match up between the lower-right recruiting pane and the left-hand pane. Adding and subtracting recruiting events update the hours on the left-hand pane but not the lower-right pane. Similarly, some actions specific to the lower-right pane (e.g., pop-ups that you are out of hours) do not occur.
What do you expect to see? Hours should match up and messages should appear normally.
