S4 Bowl Legends Challenge Packs Won’t Open

Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
Summarize your bug After completing Challenges > Legends: Bowl Legends (75 of 90), the 2 awarded packs will not open. Attempting to open either pack (87 OVR / 90 OVR BND) triggers the generic error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” Immediately, the CUT application crashes, which sends me back to the CFB25 Home Screen.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ultimate Team > Challenges > Legends: Bowl Legends > Complete Challenges > Attempt to open the award packs: 87 OVR and 90 OVR BND
What happens when the bug occurs? Generic error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.”, then the CUT application crashes, which sends me back to the CFB25 Home Screen Exact same behavior as other bugs. .
What do you expect to see? To successfully open the packs and receive the respective cards.

For troubleshooting, I attempted the following:

  • Force-close CFB25, reload, reopen CUT, and try to open packs again
  • Reboot entire XBOX, reload game, and tried again

    Good news. As of today’s daily update on 12/24/24, the packs opened normally.

    87 ovr player pack and 90 ovr bnd bowl legends player pack are glitched and will not open, seems to be a common problem, no solution had been found

    I completed all the legend bowl challenges a revived the packs every time i try to open the pack it says server errror. I’ve restarted everything and reset my mac on my xbox. please help me

    Might be to lack of cards under the new legends set so maybe wait for the next update

    still having problems and cant open the 90+ OVR BND pack at the end of the challenge I get the same error.

    I’m having same issues 90+ bnd kicks me off when trying to open pack saying server can’t process,also I’m not getting nothing but season 2 players out of rush packs tired of wasting money how can I level up when I don’t get anything so can I please get this pack fixed

    Two things:

    1) For the first few CFB Playoff packs, they didn’t work initially but then opened after a day or two. I expect the same with this 90+ pack. Let’s check in n a few days 

    2) I noticed the same with the Season 4 packs. Why am I receiving all 86 OVR cards in those Season 4 packs but not a single Season 4 card?

    @WarrX i’ve had this problem today with the legends: bowl legends challenges i’ve got all 120 stars and it gave me the pack but i jus keep getting a error and now it’s saying i have 105/120 stars and says i completed all the tiers for the rewards so idk it’s just Pd me off cause i been grinding for it to jus say it’s a error smh lol

    90+ packs still won't open same error code. Any known fixes? Have restarted game multiple times.

    Give it another day or two to self-correct. It worked itself out for the first wave of packs. 

    If not, I’ll submit a new bug report.
