S4 Playoff Prologue Challenges Inaccessible

Summarize your bug After completing Challenges > CFB Playoffs > Playoff Chronicles, the Playoff Prologue section is inaccessible. Clicking the Playoff Prologue button causes the generic error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” Immediately, the CUT application crashes, which sends me back to the CFB25 Home Screen. This is the same sequence with the other bugs I’ve found, too.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ultimate Team > Challenges > CFB Playoffs > Playoff Prologue. Be sure all Playoff Chronicles challenges are 100% complete
What happens when the bug occurs? Generic error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.”, then the CUT application crashes, which sends me back to the CFB25 Home Screen
What do you expect to see? To be able to see and play the Playoff Prologue challenges.

For troubleshooting, I attempted the following:

Force-close CFB25, reload, reopen CUT, and try to open packs again
Reboot entire XBOX, reload game, and tried again

I just tried it and can confirm that the strategy mentioned by "dd18fc69b7b74260" works. Just remove all extra personnel from the lineup who is not the primary person required for that slot, and you will be able to get in the prologue challenges

@WarrX I am having the same problems.. Cant access the challenges, can't access PS5 Tournaments, can't play certain modes... I tried support with no help... I am contacting my attorney about a small claims court claim and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Having the same issue as well as many other people online, the mode is simply broken. Some people have used the auto generate and practice a play method but doesn’t work for me or my friends

Me too. I’m on ps5, checked YT vids for help. Tried different lineups, nothing works. I get the error message 100% of the time.

As a little update it lets us do the newly added 3rd set called “Playoff Duality” but it still doesn’t let us do the Playoff Prologue Challenges

Yup. Just finished Playoff Duality hoping maybe it would trigger it to open. No joy. Still crashes and kicks me out of EA servers. Irritated as hell.

Confirmed. I just completed the Playoff Duality challenges, and Playoff Prologue is still inaccessible.

Same issues here! EA... fix ur game u idiots!! Or else send us who can't access games hundred dollars worth of points!! Hire some new computer geeks over there.

Also having this issue, only with the prologue. I just want the 90 overall players as that’s really all I have get to upgrade my team without having to save 100k coins. Just wish this game would work so I could properly progress.
