    I just tried it and can confirm that the strategy mentioned by "dd18fc69b7b74260" works.  Just remove all extra personnel from the lineup who is not the primary person required for that slot, and you will be able to get in the prologue challenges

I removed every player below the very top one. I did this in EVERY (Gosh-Dang) spot, for every group. Then it worked. The slots said “Not Required” once I selected the player and then chose “REMOVE FROM LINEUP” or something like that.

BTW…What THE HECK EA!!! The price alone makes it feel like an insult every time we gamble on Player Cards. But to make so many glitchy things and have them persist. This feels malicious and unnecessary from an accomplished corporation that has been doing this game for a while now. 
I have new found empathy for people in abusive relationships after the way this game makes me feel.
