If you haven't already, can you give these Challenges another shot to see if you're able to hit 4 stars? We might have been able to get this fixed recently.

I have experienced this as well in the Scheme Spotlight challenges. It sits there in a loop, and all you can do is restart the game.
When I worked in software development for the courts, we thoroughly tested updates prior to release. We did everything we could to break the software before our customers got it, and fixed any issues we found prior to the release. Maybe EA could take a page out of that playbook.

I just tried it out, and I was able to successfully complete Challenges 2, 3, and 5 with all 4 stars. Thank you for addressing that issue!
I know it was not in my original bug report, but the looping loading screen while doing the Scheme Spotlight challenges remains to be an issue. It does it about 2/3rds of the time, and only seems to do it when you choose "Play Next Challenge" on the screen following the successful completion of a challenge. There is no single particular challenge that it is affecting.
Again, thank you for fixing the first problem!
Finally got all of my stars including the missing bonus ones for 2 & 3. Ran into an issue with 9 where it was running on normal difficulty despite setting to hard prior, but it eventually worked. Loading screens still remain an issue.
