Scores Changed in Dynasty Mode

I've experienced 4 or 5 different times where I've scored points and they reflect on the pause menu but not in-game or vice versa. Have attached a screenshot of the most recent time and you can see from the timestamps that the in-game score did not reflect the real score. When the game ended, the incorrect score is the one that registered. This also happened during a playoff game once, but when the score switched after the game was over, the game outcome changed from me winning the game 42-35 to losing the game 39-38.

This is an extremely frustrating bug, so much so that its starting to feel like a waste of time playing.
