Season 2 Field Pass not rewarding XP for Program weekly Objectives or Milestones

Summarize your bug I have submitted two different 85+ sets, towards completion of both the Field Pass Objectives "Program Weekly" and "Milestones". I have thus far, been rewards with no credit towards completion of either Field Pass objective: For the first 85+ set, I chose 2x84 OVR College Kickoff players along with 2x62 any OVR player to complete the set "College Kickoff 85-86 OVR Hero Set. Upon submission, I received no credit towards completion of either goal/objective "Program Weekly" (of which I need to complete 3 "85+ Kickoff Sets"). For the second submitted set. I chose 3x84 OVR College Kickoff players along with 3x82 any OVR player to complete the set "College Kickoff 85+ OVR Heroes Set". Upon submission of this second set, I yet again received no credit towards completion of either goal/objective "Program Weekly" nor "Milestones"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You would need to log in to EA and submit the necessary players to complete either a College Kickoff 85-86 OVR Heroes Set or a College Kickoff 85+ OVR Heroes Set.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing... I am supposed to receive credit towards completion of both Season 2 Field Pass objectives "Milestones" and "Program Weekly", for which my tabulated total still stands at 0 of 9 and 0 of 3, respectively.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be awarded (with proper credit of 2 completed sets) for completion of the requested sets for the CUT Season 2 Field Pass. In lieu of that happening, I expect to either have all 10 of the player cards returned to my account, or if that is not possible, to be compensated with minimum coin values for the loss of these players cards.

    Marking as solved only for visibility. We are currently investigating this issue.

    We are currently looking into the issues with weekly Program objectives and milestones not granting Field Pass XP. We'll follow up here when we've got any updates to share on this.

    Summarize your bug I have completed many 85+ sets for season xp and have gotten none. Will EA be able to back log and get me the xp I spent for. This needs to be addressed or we should be reimbursed the coins we spent for on the packs.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account and see how many packs I have competed.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I complete an 85+ set and I do not get xp.
    What do you expect to see? The xp I should be given.

    Season 2 Xp is not registering when I compete 85+ sets. Also daily chanplenges sometimes do not register. How is this still a problem today.

    It is Thursday, September 26th and I’ve just completed Multiple 85+ sets to complete the season 2 milestones and they all didn’t count towards completion. I’ve spend my own money to buy players to complete these sets just for it not to work. Unacceptable and not fair to anyone like me trying to play the game.

    Summarize your bug I’ve completed several 85+ sets including 88-89 sets and 85-86 sets just for none of them to count towards season 2 milestones or weekly challenges. I’ve spend my own money to complete these sets just for them to not count/track.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have get to find any
    What happens when the bug occurs? Doesn’t track Xp
    What do you expect to see? To be given my rewards

    just got home to play and this is what I get? Bs. I really spent my time and money for absolutely no reason. My xp didn’t track on either the 85+ multiple sets milestone or the multiple 85+ college kickoff set weekly challenges.

    I’m sorry to read that this has happened to you as well… this appears to be a pervasive issue, which EA also seems to have no care or desire to fix the issue and remand those players impacted… and this bug seemingly occurs without deference for both F2P and  those who buy packs as well…

    UPDATE:

    "Assurances" from EA CS regarding this issue...

    "Thank you so much for the patience here so I just got this case investigated by the concerned team and happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however the good news here is that the studio is already aware about it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one."

    Who then followed up with... "Please be assured that the team is working on this and as FIFA is most loved game so, hoping to get this fixed very soon."
