Silver Field General Doesn’t work

Summarize your bug Silver Field General does not work in game or in Free Practice mode. Silver Field General is periodically supposed to show blitzing defenders when they’re close to the LOS, as well as, show blitzes post snap. It does neither. I went into Free Practice mode to test by having the defense run a Zero Blitz with a corner blitzing, as well as, two LBers in a double mug blitzing. I ran the play over and over about 30 times and not one time did the game indicate a blitzing player near the LOS or post snap. When I subbed in a QB that has bronze Field General, it worked correctly, ie I could see the blitzes post snap on occasion. It works correctly for Gold and Platinum too.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into Free Practice in Dynasty and run a Double Mug, zero blitz play with a QB that has Silver Field General badge.
What happens when the bug occurs? No blitzing icons appear pre or post snap
What do you expect to see? Blitzing icons should appear on occasion when a blitzing player is near the LOS and also post snap
