Summarize your bug: attempt to create A PLAY NOW GAME using TB teams... Upon trying to edit jerseys, game will crash and send me back to home...
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to edit a team builder teams uniforms pre-game
What happens when the bug occurs? BlackSOD, game closes, xbox home screen
What do you expect to see? normal game functioning...

Did we really NOT test normal op of the game after an update?  It's clear at this point that you view your TB users as not a priority
