Teambuilder school wrong location in Dynasty (multiple areas)

@athletesimpact I have ran into all of the same problems and I have tried multiple custom imports and all the same issues persist.

    I did see in another thread that EA is aware...just not sure if they are aware of all the "location" related aspects that are incorrect.

    Also, looks like an imported Teambuilder team also takes on the starts/prestige of the replaced team. So that is another bug.
