Hello, I am experiencing same issue. I completed challenges when there was no rewards shown for tier 10-12. I could not even see the tiers to begin with. Today I log on and see rewards shown as earned for tier 10-12 but no sotw token in my items or the 2.5k coins showing

I am playing on Xbox series s 

My gamertag is: chevyy16

@chevyy16 have you tried to replay the last challenge? i read somewhere else that this could trigger the progress.
