umm you CAN advance a fumble if you recover it on offense

Summarize your bug I'll attach a movie to a reply, but I've on multiple occasions have recovered my own fumble on offense, ready to run after scooping the fumble, only to have the play whistled dead where i recover it
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? fumble on offense, scoop the ball back without the knee touching
What happens when the bug occurs? play is erroneously whistled dead
What do you expect to see? i should be able to advance the ball like normal football rules allow me to do so
