Unable to play online in NCAA 25

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
Summarize your bug As I try to load into any online gameplay, I get a “Error our servers cannot process your request at this time. Try again later “ message and sends me to the CFB main menu screen. I tried to get into contact with EA as I thought the problem would get fixed, but it hasn’t. I’ve restarted the game. Restarted my internet as-well. I have no other problems getting into any other Xbox game that is online.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Sends me to the CFB25 main menu screen.
What do you expect to see? Error , Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.

    two issues here. One when I play challenges my game sometimes crashes and two opening packs it says servers cannot process your request at this time. Seems like I've been dealing with these issues and server issues for a while now. Every time I check the server status on EA and Xbox they say up and running.

    I keep getting the error “Our sever cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. It happens in UT SoloSeasons or Solo Battles. Close to 24 hours now. I restarted, cleared cache and checked my speed. All good except for the EA servers.

    In College Football 25 ultimate team. I can’t open packs, do challenges, or certain modes. It keeps saying “our server cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” When is this issue gonna be fixed or what can I do to fix it. Because I can’t even enjoy the game like this.

    psn Mello Carter ps5

    am getting an ERROR message saying our servers cannot process your request at this time when I try and play ULTIMATE TEAM and it only happens in ULTIMATE TEAM 

    Ive power cycled my console I’ve reset my router I’ve reinstalled the game but nothing has worked

    please help!

    Same issues now, can’t change lineup! Everything else’s works fine! Game crashes out every time I try to change defensive lineup in cut.
