Visor not equipped in rain/weather in rtg

Summarize your bug When the weather is bad, raining, snow etc . The visor I equipped my rtg player does not show up on my character . Its missing. Its 50/50 when not raining. Sometimes it shows up sometimes it doesn't .
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an rtg game, equip the player with a visor and play a game where it rains .
What happens when the bug occurs? The visor I equipped does not show up.
What do you expect to see? The visor and equipment I selected for my player in rtg.
