"Your opponent is experiencing network issues" cheating by wifi disconnect

Date/time issue occurred October 2, 2024 12:30am but this is happens regularly
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Road to the College Football Playoff
Summarize your bug When playing my opponents connection is glitching and prevents smooth and fair gameplay. The words "Your opponent is expierencing network issues. Please wait while we try to reconnect" pop up repeatedly. Somehow when they are on offense and have the ball everything is fine. When I get the ball and go on offense the glitching begins and prevents fair play. I believe people are disconnecting and connecting their wifi thru some method to cheat. Fair play is rare in this online mode.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play online randomly against an opponent. Not everyone does it but it is prevalent!
What happens when the bug occurs? Gameplay is impossible. Fair gameplay is impossible. It becomes unreasonable to continue to play online in competition and everytime you leave the game when an opponent does this they get a win and I get a loss.
What do you expect to see? Penalize anyone who has a connection that is conveniently glitching in this manner. Set a number of glitches they can have and don't allow them to win games this way and allow the players who are following the rules to lose. Online monitoring of this issue and penalites for those who appear to be abusing the system. Promote fair gameplay by not allowing this behavior online.

    I am getting this same issue with nearly every opponent I play in MIUT25.  I have reported 3 separate players and EA has responded to me saying it took no action because it couldn’t find anything.  This is so pervasive that after having bought this game every year for 35 yrs and spent 10  of thousands on MUT players and points I’m ready to walk away.  These players who are using these network issue tactics to win are ruining the MUT experience for honest players who have helped EA build the Madden brand.  It needs to take action because those 3 incidents all happened within a 2 hr span yesterday.  I just played again and my first opponent went up 14 pts using this cheat.  I quit because it’s impossible to play against this conduct.  Note that your supporters take a loss every time.  I’m fed up with the lack of action by EA.

    Tournament ultimate cup twice this happened to me a desync also player pauses and it’s nothing my defense can do to stop them then onside kick and both times I fumble ball and they score to win game my players are slow my rbs get run down by bosworth like really Kaleb Johnson 91speed I don’t get I’m 91 overall and both times to 87 overall I mean it’s aggravating that the lower overall team is keeping up with these 90 + speed Rec.and my dbs get smoked on go route.if it’s like this in these tournaments I’m done
