400 error code when submitting team

See attached I keep getting 400 error code when submitting my team in team builder can someone help

    @mademan2k3 Make sure your name of the team doesn't have punctuation (& or st. things like that) as that was a fix some found. If you started this team before a recent update, odds are the file is no longer valid post update. You'll likely have to redesign the team from the ground up.

    keep trying... 400 is a generic error code that something hiccupped during submission... it was prolly  something out of your control...

    400 could also mean that the teams file was corrupted during TB site updates... delete ALL your uploaded files from the team, and re-upload and design the team again.  If you get 400 again, try designing the team from scratch again and i'd be shocked if you have any issues provided your comp handles the web ok...
