Allowing Custom Layers to Not be covered by jersey area boundaries

This is my biggest issue with teambuilder right now, i wish there was a way to place decals in between the shoulder and sleeve (similar to the LA Chargers' shoulders" without having to make 2 decals and spend a painstakingly amount of time matching them up and failing. the same goes for adding them on the sides near the rib areas. Please allow us to have an option to override this. In addition, I wish there was a way to duplicate and mirror custom layers across the jerseys.I hope this makes sense.
