"Already logged in" when visiting Teambuilder website

I get an error stating "sorry, you are already logged in elsewhere" when attempting to create a team on the Teambuilder website. I have ensured that I am logged out of every other browser that I have...

    I had this message but I also was playing the game at the same time. I quit the game then went back to the website and it worked.

Same here... I havent logged into this in a long time so probably just an error they have to find.
