"Already logged in" when visiting Teambuilder website

I get an error stating "sorry, you are already logged in elsewhere" when attempting to create a team on the Teambuilder website. I have ensured that I am logged out of every other browser that I have...

    I had this message but I also was playing the game at the same time. I quit the game then went back to the website and it worked.

Whenever I try to log in to team builder, it says that my account is logged in elsewhere. I have every other device that can access the internet off. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Your ps5/xbox needs to be completely off

      @ofcrChucho Not completely off for PS5, but the game can't be open.
