"Already logged in" when visiting Teambuilder website

I get an error stating "sorry, you are already logged in elsewhere" when attempting to create a team on the Teambuilder website. I have ensured that I am logged out of every other browser that I have...

    I had this message but I also was playing the game at the same time. I quit the game then went back to the website and it worked.

another cute feature.... I can't go to TB when i'm signed into my xbox...

I can sign into THIS website no issue when i'm bitching about TB... team builder just craps the bed and won't allow sign in if i have my xbox on.... top notch
