Bugs?

A couple maybe bugs I have noticed and want to see if anyone knows how to fix them. 

#1. Is there suppose to be zero jersey designs? 

#2. Also I'm lucky if I can edit my cuff and collar designs.  I will say 95% of the time I have zero options, but sometimes they load and then I still can't click on them or use them
