Cannot Locate Created Team In EA College Football Downloader

I have been trying for days now. I have been searching the help forum, and every thread has said this issue is resolved but a bunch of people are still having this big issue. I was excited about the Adobe partnership so I spent hours creating a team but it does not show up in the downloaded at all. I used every keyword I can think of and nothing comes up under either my EA Account name or my Xbox Gamertag. And yes they are both connected. I tried all the remedies I have seen online. Making sure I’m logged out first, making sure my EA account is linked, restarting my wifi, turning my Xbox off while I resubmit my team, refreshing the team builder page, creating the team over and over and over again just to submit it again but all of this is to no avail. The EA College football downloader is either hiding myself from me or it’s just straight not rendering my created teams at all!? I post this because devs think this issue is resolved but from what I’m experiencing and seeing this is most definitely still an issue.
