dude its not us. EA screwed this up. They are using some 3rd world AI restriction checker that is completely broken.
Proof is here https://youtu.be/gJmQnGwQhlg
there is nothing wrong with our logos or anything on our side. This is EA not giving two * about it.
I’m having same problem. I’ve already created and uploaded my team to the game. Went on to add a “Salute to services” jersey and now coming with the same Helmet problem. I don’t get it.

@BigPhilAppa#1 Check the size of the image... some application of images need to be restricted to a pixel size of 160 x160, some 512 x 512. If it's over even a pixel in either case, new updates to TB will flunk the image and giive you a generic 112 helmet code, which I THINK is ea's Generic ERROR code meaning essentially IT COULD BE YOU, IT COULD BE US, BUT IT'S PROLLY YOU...
#2 before nuking the whole team and starting fresh (recent updates to TB have crrupted MANY teams that we're being engineered during the early beta) try submitting the team with EVERY CUSTOM IMAGE DELETED, then re-submit... if it croaks again with 112.. start over... not the solution you'll wanna hear, but it works... My money is that it'll submit with no issue after tha- 11 months ago
i have tried this. and still get the same error. there is not one Sigle image is on any uniform and it still tells me i have violated a content rule with code 112

Everyone, don't Nuke your teams, this is a Site Wide issue, with Custom Logos not being able to be uploaded, and with the 112 Error for submitting teams. Keep your teams as a draft for now, Hopefully tomorrow, since it's Monday they will actually have someone take a freaking look at everything and get it fixed.
- 11 months ago@marz2one I tried that several times, sadly still getting the same error. Hopefully EA will find and fix the bug sometime on Monday.
