College Football 25 - Teambuilder issue - only PREVIEW/REPORT, no Download

Question

why does everything EA and Microsoft do have to be made extra complicated and broken for no reason? anyway - trying to start a teambuilder dynasty w/some friends and the site only shows that I can Preview or Report teams - with no option to Download. I can create one, sure, but it doesn't show up anyway. Anyone else having this issue too?

Same **bleep** thing. Can’t even install anything I or anyone else created. I hate this company with a burning passion I swear to god.
