Commentators not pronouncing names

I've really enjoyed Team Builder, but one thing I've found frustrating is that the commentators don't say the names of the teams. I understand they wouldn't have recorded a bunch of odd names, but these are names that already exist in the game. Huskies, Cougars, Rams, etc. It would be great if they could do this considering they did this in NCAA 14.

The same goes for player names. I've customized rosters to keep from having players all with the same name but even if the name is already recorded they just don't say it.
