Custom schools in “Play Now”
Can I import the custom teams I created in team builder into the game, and then select and play with them in the regular “play now” mode and not online dynasty?

You can, but you won't be able to edit the names or equipment of the players. When you go to play now, the last conference you can chose from is called "Teambuilder" and regroup your teambuilder teams.
