Do I have to pay for Playstation Plus to be able to use teambuilder?

So, I had College Football 25 predownloaded, and I personally don't have Playsation plus, but it says I need Cloud Media to be able to use my created team. Does this mean I must have to pay for Plays...

@JaquayMontay looks that way. With the trial play, it didn't require a ps plus to access it. but once you get the game, it does.
