    Hi there, @tarheels08 

    You most likely have the game and app open at the same time. Log out of the game and that should resolve this.

The hell, EA? I can't be on your game and logged onto your website on 2 completely separate devices???? What kind of backwards * thing is that. Is it 1997 again?

Here's a thought, besides the fact this shouldn't be an issue anyways, how bout you let me play your game without having to log into an EA account. Unless I'm playing on the PC through an EA game launcher, or an EA created console (which thankfully doesn't exist).
